With over nine years of clinical experience, Dr. Llopiz specializes in trauma recovery, narcissistic and relational abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, attachment wounds, and emotional dysregulation. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing extends far beyond symptom management, it is about restoring safety within the mind and body, rebuilding self-trust, and creating lasting internal transformation.
Known for her deeply compassionate yet insight-oriented approach, Dr. Llopiz integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based interventions, meditation, somatic awareness, and holistic healing practices. She works collaboratively with clients to uncover unconscious patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relational dynamics, and reconnect with their authentic selves.
